Valcaba de Soba, Cantabria

Lo más espectacular del mínimo núcleo de Válcaba de Soba —cuyas casas de piedra se apiñan en una ladera cubierta de arbolado— es su enclave, un extenso paisaje que abarca más de veinte pequeñas localidades y barrios diseminados que constituyen el espléndido valle de Soba. La arquitectura tradicional del valle incluye algunos buenos ejemplos de cabañas pasiegas, molinos y casonas señoriales, como el palacio de los Zorrilla, en el barrio de La Gándara, donde también se encuentra el centro de interpretación del Parque Natural Los Collados del Asón.
