Resulta inesperado un encuentro con esta pequeña localidad, presidida por la impresionante iglesia del Cristo, obra barroca del s. XVIII en la que destaca la portada-retablo y el conjunto de esculturas que animan las cornisas. Junto al templo, la amplísima Plaza Mayor, exhibe su armónico conjunto de soportales, galerías y balaustradas de madera que convierten esta plaza en una de las más bellas de la provincia.
