Alfarnatejo, Málaga

Desde el puerto de Alazores, entre las tierras granadinas de Loja y la Axarquía, el río Sábar transita entre gigantescas moles de roca conocidos como “tajos”. A partir de Alfarnatejo se observan los perfiles de los “tajos” del Fraile, Gómez, Doña Ana y El Pulgarín, salpicados de cuevas y barrancos que sirvieron de refugio a los bandoleros. En este recorrido merecen una parada algunas de las viejas almazaras que mantuvieron su funcionamiento hasta finales del XIX, así como la venta de Alfarnate, asociada al bandolerismo que se prodigó en este paisaje serrano lleno de cuevas y valles cerrados. Actualmente, la venta alberga el Museo del Bandolerismo Andaluz.
