Este espacio compartido con Ávila y Segovia y fácilmente accesible desde Madrid es uno de los pinares más bellos de la sierra de Guadarrama. Los soberbios ejemplares de pinos sirven además como refugio a una rica población de aves, que incluyen el águila imperial ibérica, el buitre y las cigüeñas negra y común, entre otras muchas especies. La zona, con espacios muy llanos y roquedales, permite hacer rutas de distinta dificultad, desde el pueblo abulense de Peguerinos.
