Minas de Riotinto, Huelva

Una gigantesca mina a cielo abierto de más de 300 metros de profundidad rodeada de bancales en los que se aprecian las distintas vetas, ilustra la solera de la actividad extractiva en Minas de Riotinto. Las sobrecogedoras vistas del cráter forman parte de un recorrido por el parque minero que incluye también un atractivo museo. En el se rinde homenaje a la riqueza geológica con ejemplos didácticos del  tratamiento del mineral y muchas curiosidades como locomotoras y un suntuoso vagón. En el pueblo destaca el barrio Ingles, antaño ocupado por los ingenieros británicos.
