La Manchuela, Albacete

En el paisaje de La Manchuela albaceteña, que se vertebra a lo largo de los ríos Júcar y Cabriel, los contrastes son muy visibles. Destacan los viñedos que juegan un papel importante y han dado pie a una Denominación de Origen y a una curiosa cultura vinícola. Hay bodegas en localidades como Fuentealbilla, Alborea, Villanueva de la Jara y Casas Ibáñez, que han alcanzado una considerable reputación e incluso premios internacionales y en los últimos años han sido objeto de una atractiva ruta del vino.
