Castro de Rei, Lugo

Ocupando la parte alta de un montículo se encuentra este gran castro, habitado desde la Edad de Hierro hasta la época romana. Su estructura de calles, los diferentes tipos de edificios, las murallas y los fosos son algunos de los elementos que se pueden apreciar en un entorno muy bonito. Los abundantes restos encontrados durante las distintas excavaciones se recogen en un Museo Arqueológico cercano donde, además de mostrar curiosos objetos y las fases de trabajo en el castro en las últimas décadas, se ha recreado la forma de vida y trabajo de los antiguos pobladores castreños.
