Ferrol, A Coruña

Una escalera de infarto con peldaños de piedra desciende desde el faro del cabo Prior hasta una arruinada señal luminosa que evitaba a los barcos un desastre seguro. El faro corona un enorme roquedo al borde de un precipicio que obliga a moverse con cautela. Desde aquí la mirada sobre el mar se vuelve casi aérea y permite identificar restos de viejos búnkeres que oteaban la entrada de la ría de Ferrol. Sobre el promontorio del faro aún son visibles baterías y otras instalaciones de lo que fue un importante enclave militar durante la Guerra Civil. Si te gustan los lugares tipo “fin del mundo”, no te defraudará este rincón.
